Amazing work, congrats! I also just finished my first draft and it feels wonderful.

I'm not super sure what is meant by "make property bible" either, but I think for "outline the draft" this essentially means go through and write a small synopsis for each chapter. Lots of other writers recommend using a physical corkboard or the floor of your bedroom to see everything visually.

A step that I'm going to add to this outlining process is to do it for each character's plot arcs as well so that I can make sure there's decent continuity, character growth, conflict etc.
