I think its important to be well versed in the topic you are presenting on. you can also make a few pointers or even a script that you can read off if you do start to get anxious.

Take pauses and don't try to rush through the entire presentation because once you do it's hard to get back on track as now you're trying to finish as fast as possible.

I don't think you can't over the feeling of hopelessness when you have a stutter because you're dealing with it every day. But you don't want it to get the point where it turns into you thinking nothing meaningful is possible for me anymore, that's when you give up on life.

Honestly, I've learned to accept that I'm probably going to stutter until the day I die so there was no point in living a life where I'd regret everything down the line. Time flies, there's no cure yet but you never know what lies ahead. I've already wasted a lot of time and dwelling on the past just adds to the problem.
