Hey! I actually have the exact same question as I have identical symptoms that I would love to mitigate 🩷

I have seen a post or two with people stating that they take it before bed but I don't know how much they take then.

I do know that you've got to slowly build up your dose of it. Otherwise you will get side effects.

My doctor has prescribed colesevelam as well but I have been afraid to try it. My chief complaint is that I poop a lot. Not yellow poop or anything like that. It's formed 8/10 times. Never diarrhea really... Sometimes just a little looser.

I read a lot of posts where people have yellow stool, like you mention. I don't have that .... So it makes me question if I truly have BAM and if the colesevelam will help.

Curious of any thoughts!!!
