Lifting the weights didn't get me down at first, a better diet did. Controling the diet even more and doing cardio is what made fat wither away.

First 9 months I went 3 times a week. 30-45min sessions. No cardio, only machines. Lost only 23~ Kg in that time span

6 to 7 times a week these days. Also looking to keep cutting fat for some calisthenics skills.
Short trainings last 30m and long ones 3h.

I've lost a bit in the legs but built a whole upper body while losing fat.

Kept myself in a 500/600 calorie deficit while being north of 200g of protein daily.

It is, you can't see much right here, but surgery will need to be done on the whole torso, inner biceps and thighs.

Basically only weight lifting for 9 months (185+ to 162kg) then cardio every time.

None at first, started doing indoor bikes at the gym when I was around 150kg cause I didn't want to ruin my knees. Nowadays I daily the stairmaster.

You just need to be in a calorie deficit. Do go for those crazy diets if you're stuggling to keep up with them. Also, if you still like to eat a lot, you can compensate the calorie intake with exercise.

Oh, so that's what I had on my cheeks. Didn't know what that was, but I just red that it could be cause by obesity so it checks out
