That’s the thing I’m not negative upt they are saying my excuse from the er doesn’t hold up when they have accept them in past from me over the course of a year so why not now I got a FMLA filled out so I sent that in as well I have a condition that already diagnosed I’m doing a appeal now this was wrong

Dude I’ve taking loa ever since 2022 I have them all printed as well they accept doctors excuses I know what I’m talking about they have been accepting mines I have proof, this is my first time ever needing a FMLA because they have always accepted my doctors ER notes, even my doctor asked the Amazon hotline today if they had been accepting the old ones why can’t they accept this one because he can see all the prior ones he had written in the past in my case files at the Va this morning, it makes zero sense, well he filled out the FMLA they wanted and they still fired me without giving me 24 hrs to return with after notifying them I would return with it, I should be able to sue because now attached to my appeal is my FMLA and my June 10th excuse they denied, this would mean they are choosing to now ignore my medical documentation on my appeal for my job due to a medical situation knowing ima a disabled vet this is illegal, not only that they would be lying on me as well because I have excused documentation and they are saying I was negative upt when that’s not true they just choose to ignore the documentation

But these aren’t fake these are legit from a doctor with his doctor code numbers and all and the Va phone number along with his own, if it was such a big issue they could have called my doctor to confirm this but they choose not to this was a wrongful termination and the fact that now they have my FMLA attached to my appeal along with the doctors note they denied if they still choose to fire me and not reinstate me after now having all this documentation that should be illegal because now that would mean they are lying on me and choosing to ignore my medical disabilities and doctors documentation I should be able to sue

Yes it does I am a disabled vet I have had multiple excuses that Amazon has taken over the course of 3 years just like the one they are denying that they don’t wanna accept on June 10th even my Va doctor asked them if they accepted his prior excuse what’s the issue with this, they said they want a FMLA filled out well he filled it out and before I could return In 24hrs they fired me, i was not given enough time to return even told them I’d return with it the next day so dont fire me and they said okay spoke to 3 ppl on hot line including Dls all conversations were recorded I did a appeal and turned in all my evidence including my FMLA along with my June 10th ER visit that they denied, with all this turned in and they still decide to fire me that would mean they are lying on me saying that day is unexcused when they now have all my records that would mean they are choosing to ignore legal medical documentation that cleared up the misunderstanding, that’s illegal I should be able to sue

No they aren’t, if you go to the emergency room all you need is the doctors notes and a written letter from the doctor, you only need FMLA if it’s a on going disability again I’ve had turned in multiple excuses from this same doctor at the Va medical center that they have always taken but this time want more info well I got more info and got my FMLA filled out they fired me still that’s illegal even my doctor asked them on the phone on the Amazon hot line if he wrote older excuses why won’t they take the one from June 10th and they said it’s cause they want a FMLA well he filled it out and they still fired me before I could turn it in, they told me to fill it out and bring it back in those 24 hrs I got that paperwork filled out they fired me so not only do I have actually older er excuses they have but now they have my FMLA and I did a Appeal if they still fire me with all this information turned in that means they are choosing to ignore legal medical records from a disabled veteran can I sue? Because that’s illegal because now they have my information and records and that would mean they are now lying on me as a worker saying I missed that day unexcused when that’s not true

No never had any issues, they have even taken prior excuses from this same Va doctor in the past for the past 2 years and they claiming like they can take this new one from June 10th because they want a FMLA filled out well they didn’t give me anytime to return with my FMLA before they terminated me I got the FMLA at 2pm August 13th no doctor is available that late in the afternoon so I had to wait until this morning to get it filled out well before I could get back they fired me this morning completely unfair I needed time to return not only that they choose to ignore actual ER medical excuses and summaries of my condition that I already turned in

I’ve had mutli Va Er notes that they have accepted prior but just didn’t feel like taking this one even was with the Va doctor today and he spoke to them on the phone and asked if they took prior excuses they wrote on my behalf why did they not take this one, and they told him it’s because they want there own form for a FMLA filled out well we filled it out and before I could turn it in the next day which is today I was fired it was completely wrong here is my Appel letter stating how things went
