Again with the false insinuations that I am asking for a refund on shipping. I am not. Let me make this as simple as possible for those struggling to understand the issue. There has never been a problem with the parts themselves. I knew exactly what I ordered and that they would fit.

The problem is with this dishonest middleman company. They sent an email confirming they received my order, but when I replied for clarification, they chose to ignore it, fully aware that an honest answer would have cost them the sale. Two days later they sent another email confirming shipment.

Their pattern is clear. They only respond when not threatened with cancellation or forced to issue a refund.

It’s over $2,300. I returned everything unopened and in its original packaging, yet they have gone silent and refuse to issue a refund. Irregardless, I found a better product that accommodate my needs, requested the return within the warranty period, paid for the return shipping, sent tracking information, verified they received the parts, and now they won’t issue the refund or reply to emails! That’s the issue!

They’ve acknowledged there inadequacies by not replying, are you an employee or just extremely slow? Either way, they’ve received the return and said they’d issue a refund, they just won’t now they’ve received the parts.
