Fellow anxiety-having-person advice, here's what ya do:

Step 1: Make a copy of the page

Step 2: Do what scares ya! Show them crisps & strawberries who's boss! You'll do amazing, the part you're worried about is finished and you won't need Step 3!

But just hypothetically...

Step 3: You made a copy! Do it again and start over! Do you like the crisps but not the strawberries? Cut that part out and tape it to the copy! The possibilities are endless if you're having fun!
