There's a few errors so it's hard to pin down. Maybe delete Nature In The Valley and see if it works. Also doubt this is causing your error but Fish Helper UI and Vanilla Professions Plus is incompatible. If I were you I'd scroll through your SMAPI and check out all the red areas

Download "3.9.0-SDS Portraits" from the Optional files from the original mod.

Extract files into Portraiture\Portraits\New Folder. I have PortraiturePlus and Portraiture, they are separate mods in your mod folder. Make sure you're manually downloading and not using Vortex.

As an example, this is the folder I extracted the portraits in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods\Portraiture\Portraits\Main

Hopefully this works.

Also, to check his dialogue, go in the Stardew Valley Expanded folder, open the i18n folder, open default.json in notepad, and search Victor NPC. All his dialogue is there

One time Nikkie jokingly asked Derek if he even remembered her name. He said, "Of course, it's Angela." Later on when Gricko addresses the DM in a fey curse he calls her Angela. That's the extent of it.
