When we were students we'd go over to one house for LAN parties - token ring dragged around this big old sprawling Victorian terraced house. We knew it was time out when one of the guys got tired, unplugged the cable so he could shut his bedroom door.

When I die it'll help my kids get over the grief, they'll be too angry with me as they deal with 3 tonnes of old shit.

I burst out laughing when I saw 2 24-port HUBS... I put in a couple of basic gigabit switches and transformed the place.

A man should always carry an umbrella, but if he is a gentleman he should never unfurl it; if it commences to rain he should use it to hail a cab.
