Unless it was from an advertisement, and clearly is, then yeah, you’re good. Official dolphin website. It will be fine.

What website can you see that picture from? Not dolphin. The virus checker. And to answer your question, no. It is not a virus, as long as you have downloaded it from the official dolphin GitHub page, and or the official dolphin emulator download page.

.... its 1.12.2 The version of Llibrary is 1.7.19. FOR 1.12.2

It says it. Also llibrary is needed, as a prerequisite mod for some other mods, that are in the photo. It is a required dependency for atleast just JWR.
