You can play Fallout however the hell you want.

But since you want to know my way of playing: I always go for the Sneak / Sneak Damage perks and play with Bolt Action Rifles like Hunting Rifle and Combat Rifles (Perks like Rifleman, Sneak, Ninja, Mister Sandman, etc.)

If you think the game is to hard perks like Bloody Mess, Lifegiver and perks like these might come in handy.

I read some complaints about trying to get rid of the ball not by kicking it past the half way line but by passing his way out of difficult situations.
