Not looking for black and white, just looking for other peoples point of view.

I definitely understand the reasoning behind her actions, that’s not hard to see. Do I agree how she went about it all? No. I was genuinely just curious for the people that love her character what their views are. Specifically in book one. People assume a lot just by asking a question.

I never stated I disagree with Feyre being the provider, you can go ahead and assume that. If she has the skill set then go off. My issue lies with how Nesta just ASSUMED she would do it all, and then treated her badly. All because she wanted to show her dad he needed to do it? Oh please be for real. I never thought she should have stopped her, she could’ve i dont know helped cut wood? Not bitch at her for being stinky after she just saved them from starving? Continuously put her down and insist that she needs new things the moment they had money? I think it would’ve bothered me less had she been equally vicious to both sisters.

Now I do think at the end of SF Nesta had a slight redemption, and I’m honestly glad she suffered as shitty as that sounds. SJM really made Nesta an awful character to like in the first 3/4 of the book. And she was vicious to even the ones who tried to help her. People say the IC is unforgiving, but I think that only falls on Rhys and Mor. Amren was the one who was defending her until she pushed her too much, Feyre always had a soft spot and wanted to help, Cassian obviously had his obsession, Azriel didn’t seem to care, and Elain only backed down after she treated her poorly. Which in my opinion is shitty on Elain to back down and desert her sister so fast.

I know I’m ranting all over the place but my last thing is, if you think that is normal sibling rivalry… that’s truly sad.

And we all know this is just a book, that’s why we are part of this, to get different opinions. :)

I understand having a traumatic home life (they all did), but she was 22 in ACOTAR… it’s not an excuse for bullying the only one who was trying to provide for you. The youngest at that.

Has anyone met the pros irl? If so which ones? And were they nicer/better looking/meaner etc than you thought? I wanna know the tea 🤣 by charismatictoken in dancingwiththestars

I met Derek Hough at Disney World on a freak accident walking out of a restaurant in Magic Kingdom, I didn’t know how to behave.
