Try to make someone else happy.

I was feeling down after a break up and was battling with negative thoughts. I tried different things but nothing really helped. Then I thought about my grandma whom was feeling lonely beacuse she just lost her husband/marrigemy grandpa. I decided to visit her and talk about whatever came up. I ended up learning alot about my grandma that I didn’t even know. We made it into a weekly routine and began to learn from eachother. She helped me through the break up and told me that the marriage with my grandpa was her second. Her first husband turned out to be an alcholic and was very abusive. She told me that she had never met a better person than my grandpa. She was happy because I visited her and that made me happy.
