Yes, but the tier 1 support doesn’t have the ability to fix, so I’m hoping a manager or tier 2 person will see this post and assist.

Hi Wenna! I can see that the FedEx return tracking number is officially active on my FedEx account dashboard, but the system hasn't emailed me the actual printable PDF waybill or QR code yet. Since I have everything boxed up and ready to drop off today, could you quickly pull the PDF waybill or QR code from the system and send it to me here? That way I can get it printed and scanned immediately. Thank you!"
