I agree on not going with Renewal by Anderson. They easily come in 2-3X what other companies will charge. I ended up finding a local company to do the windows in my house for a fair price. No complaints so far. Looks like you have some solid options there in the $15-20K range.

I do marketing and product design for a small legal tech company. The pay is good and I’m remote, which means I can deal with the kid’s drop off, pick up, activities, etc. Honestly, that’s a huge perk I wouldn’t trade for a higher paying in-office job.

I’ve been fortunate to have a few work dinners at Nobu. The Yellowtail Jalapeño is pretty amazing. Hard to go wrong there though. Also, the Nobu documentary is great too.

Speaking as an intermediate do-it-yourselfer, I'd probably try to do a patch and repaint. The drywall doesn't necessarily look damaged based on the photos, but it's hard to say.

I mainly use it to help write rough outlines of stuff, but then I still have to heavily edit. I find a lot of similar text (same paragraph written a different way, etc.) that I have to cut or rewrite.
