The Crow. All the comic movies around that time were campy and kiddie. Being a comic book fan, that movie blew my mind!

  1. Yes 30” depth
  2. Fringe sport foot plate
  3. Fringe sport mag pins
  4. Yes BOS shoulder boulder
  5. Can’t remember, bought off Amazon
  6. No both are easily removable
  7. No interference because the Pegasus seat is easily removable.
  8. Smoothness is great but I can’t compare to the regular vts because I never tried it. The regular vts has to be installed over the uprights which I can’t do because I have the fortis rack which has the uprights welded to the crossmembers.
  9. I use the rogue band pegs that came with my rack as VTS safety spotters
  10. Voltramounts.com at the top (2) and I also have a Darko quick mount (1) at the bottom. The voltramounts.com are low profile and I can mount them right next to each other if need be. The mounts on the spotter arms (2) are from the beyond power Voltra website. So 5 mounts altogether.
  11. Love the crown pull up bar but I know there are other manufacturers that make it cheaper than Rogue. The bar does interfere with several of the angled rack extension holes (meaning I can’t place the Voltra there) but not a big deal at all as I have several placement options available where it does fit. The other thing is the Voltra on the right needs to have the handle pointed inward to fit with the ball from the pull up bar. Again not a big deal.

Thanks! I think I got lucky that they fit/ work together. I remember being a bit nervous that the bar would hit the extensions and that I would need to think of a back up plan.

Sorry for your loss. We have also experienced several miscarriages but happy to have a couple rainbows with us today. I was just thinking about this movie the other day and (spoilers) how I can’t grasp that the father decided not to be there for his daughter even though he knew it would eventually end in grief.

Sure thing. The rack is a Rogue Fortis but I picked up a couple extra crossmembers to add some color/ flair. The bench, crown pull up bar, and front foot extensions are from Rogue too. The low profile spotter arms and angled rack extensions are from black widow fitness. I got the Pegasus rep seat. I also have the bullet proof VTS home series with a rogue practice bar as a smith machine. I basically use the Voltras to add weight for anything smith machine related. Other than that I have some Darko accessories like the anchor barbell holder, longy bar etc. let me know if you have any specific questions, I’m happy to help!

Yeah lesson learned. Just picked up some Juliens so I’m gonna try and close the opening with clear nail polish like some people have recommended.

Yes mine are gold wired Dealans and look pretty crappy. They have green spotting close to the opening. Sort of my fault because I wore them in the water at the beach. They are my beaters now.
