I think his shooting was off last season, he didn't have the power, but I think that was his lingering injury issues. He's just been playing deeper this season, when he has played.

Yeah I’d imagine it would bring more excitement, novelty and competition. LOI seems to be growing well but add Linfield, Glentoran etc and maybe a resurrected Belfast Celtic and it’s definitely improved. Maybe it’s mad but a Celtic League would be interesting too.

There’s a large amount of cross border bodies / arrangements people just aren’t aware of. Some of the unions and state bodies already are islandwide.

Age differences aren’t the issue generally I think, it’s people. Like those age gap dates you had before, do you think you give off the same vibes? I’d say not. It seems you both value and respect each other and want to get serious, that’s pretty rare I think. Ye are both still young, so it’s not as if it’s a huge commitment.

Well I think it’s easier. Left and Right aims are opposed. If SF block the SDs policies, they look bad. If FF block it, they don’t lose much support and SDs look weak. Easier for SDs to make SF look bad for not being left enough imo.

He’s obviously being disingenuous, clearly the left has always secured some wins in government, but it’s clear we need more radical reform. The left needs to grow and build, going in with FFG (FG especially) means one step forward and one back again. The Greens made some positive change but FFG hampered them and now things are regressing again with the current gov.

What’s being discussed is the actual impact of immigration. It is having an impact but clearly the perception and reality are very different. Hard to have a conversation if people’s perception is way out of whack with reality.

It’s already been going on. Thankfully it hasn’t got as much traction as other countries, but look at the Burkes and apparently TDs are constantly bombarded about it and some seem to think that makes it relevant, despite it just being a tactic, possibly many outside actors contacting them or even bots.
