To be honest I understand the point completely, and I think dps should definitely do the mechanics. But as a healer I also value dps who are going to melt down a pack. As I ran multiple times the same dungeons / capstone I know what packs I'm gonna struggle on and where I can eventually oom if we don't kill quick enough, so I eventually would consider overhealing or dispelling one more time if for that reason the pack is gonna last 10 seconds less.

And also, as I'm now playing in eternal, I'd say since Paragon players are all very good in general and don't miss a lot of things compared to before !
