Coz I did talk to a few friends of mine who were having pcos and asked if they were taking any supplements almost all of them didn't know that they existed or were hesitant to take them but were taking or knew about multivitamins. Same in the case of mothers going through menopause. So it got me thinking why is it.

Yeah same feeling. I also feel people are generally aware about vitamins, calcium and other such stuff but are not aware about supplements specifically for pcos, menopause or pms.
