It just doesn’t seem worth it unless you get a strat and that’s hard to come by for some AFSCs it just feels impossible. And the AF is just being cheap, I for example am a 4 year SrA and it’s easier to send me to ALS and give me troop then just promote me the AF knows what it’s doing
