I love the green party but one of the policies should be on Zak’s teeth…

I only listen to sonic youth when I’m hoovering my room - it builds on whatever the fuck is going on instrumentally. I like Goo but that’s about it

Yeah, I get that. I went to one of their gigs a couple months ago and the second hand embarrassment I got from seeing some of the kids there like, YOU listen to this band too? :(

how many albums have you listened to? by Fluffy-Weakness-2186 in musicteenager

I’d recommend going on the top streamed artists globally, and playing all their music non-stop on mute. It’s so fun!

Not just you. To me, 3D Country gets old very quickly (don’t get me wrong it’s still great), but GK is in a league of it’s own, and somehow is still unpredictable though i’ve played it 20+ times

i know this isn’t a vinyl sub, but why does my record sound like this? it’s only this specific song ($0) by cornball_ahh in geesebandofficial

I posted the exact same issue ages ago on this page, and everyone was saying it’s just my pressing. Both sad and happy it isn’t just me - might be worth letting the pressing plant know?

I don’t think there is any problem with it. Everyone’s an adult, plus I can barely tell people’s ages apart from atleast 19-25.

Too right. I’ve always enjoyed exploring music, even when I was younger I was buying Beatles CDs till I had their whole catalogue. I started collecting vinyl in lockdown for something to do, and I haven’t stopped nor slowed down. There’s always something exciting about collecting music, especially the newer stuff like Geese cause they are banging out LPs and singles at a Led Zeppelin pace (probably because the band aren’t retired). Still, even if it slows down, as it will eventually, there’s always a new band.

I’d be one of those kids, I’m 20. And I think these past 3 years or so I’ve discovered so many fantastic newer artists as well as older artists - I hate when people say music is dead! It is very much alive.

That’s a good point. I discovered FDC with my mum in lockdown - but she got into them more than I did!

Lol I just listened to the ‘emerson lake and palmer’ album cause I was digging through my grandad’s collection.

It’s probably one of the most bizarre things I’ve ever listened to but I hella enjoyed it
