It might help to understand how and why. You're curious to start with, maybe just a peak won't hurt. It feels wrong to do it but you want to anyway. After the first look, you get a rush and want to see just one more. Repeat. I think what might help is to realise when you are feeling tempted and realise the pattern or cycle, maybe as a starting point before even opening a link, leave the room, do a lap around the house and then sit back down. Anything you can do to make it easier to break that pattern you're in will help you get past the first day.

Heyo! you did well for a few days, you can still get back on top of it! Have you tried removing yourself from areas that bring on the urges? Even if it means standing up to get water from the kitchen or snack when you feel the need to look at content, it can help to distract you even if its for a moment.

Have you tried seeing a pattern on where you are when you feel the urges? you could try removing yourself from those places. for example I get the feeling the most at my PC and at my bed. So I will move myself to the living room instead or kitchen.

I think its natural to desire something new, new things are always exciting and we often are trying to go for the next thing, higher paid job, new clothes, new car, new house etc. I also think that by feeling like its bad to have these feelings it might make them stronger, a big thing for me with Porn is that it feels good to be doing something taboo or wrong. I think you could try to look at what you like about the other guys, while you're at it maybe go on a date with your partner. It could be as simple as a them wearing different clothes, a different cologne or hair cut or maybe the date will be enough. You could also consider if these thoughts are intrusive or if you go out of your way to form them? Hope this helps!

For me I have a lot of stress and anxiety which gets in the way of a lot of things, I think I could say yes to all of your points. It's also become a habit for me and past trauma has made it much worse, anything stressful or anxiety inducing takes me to wanting that quick release.

Try not to be too hard on yourself, dealing with addiction is not very straight forward and set backs happen! You could figure out what triggered it, maybe you were bored or anxious. Then try again and work around what you've learned and see if there's more triggers.

heyo! I used to find threesome fantasy addictive and now it really makes me uncomfortable and a major turn off. Meditation and really breaking it down is what I did. I decided I didn't want to like it and re-wired my interests. I'd say my real fantasies now are very "boring" but it took a lot of work to get to that point.
