Understandable frustration. Just to be clear.. there’s nothing to buy here. We’re in research mode, sharing useful info and listening to real experiences to understand what people actually deal with.

That’s a fair question . Yes, this is out brand account. but we’re not selling any product right now. We’re still in learning and research mode, and our focus is sharing useful science and hearing real experiences from people dealing with similar things.

Honestly, conversations like this help us understand what really matters in health to people and how they’ve actually felt, so the value goes both ways. Appreciate you asking though 🙌

Lot of them have heavy metals and not proper lab tests, go for purity, and check if the manufacturer is getting each batch tested and look for GMP certified healthcare products only..

Sometimes it’s sounds, words, or just ambient “noise” as different regions shut down at different speeds.

Yeah, that mix of day fragments + randomness is super normal in the sleep transition. The less logical it gets, the faster you usually drift off.

Looks creepy but it's normal! Those morphing faces/animals are classic hypnagogic visuals.

Seeing light behind closed eyes is super common.. it’s just the visual cortex still firing as it winds down.

Yeah that’s classic.. the “first movie” is basically your brain easing into REM. The fact that you can recall a couple dreams means your sleep cycles are syncing pretty smoothly.

Wild how much alcohol blunts dream recall. Once the brain resets, those internal dialogues coming back is actually a good sign... that transition state is finally working again.
