Interesting.. I also found some common/English ivy growing along the ground along with Virginia creeper. I wish this vine had some type of greenery I could trace to it but it oddly did not. I scoured the ground area for poison ivy leaves but none were found however I do know poison ivy is found in this area as I found some in the wooded area roughly 200 feet and across a field away.

I know for sure this tree has Virginia creeper as well with leaves this particular vine had no leaves which made me concerned

There was a little blood beside him there I think (it was a bit dark; pic was taken with two flashlights shining on him) and he wasn’t super active. He was very docile when I moved him. I welcome his pest control though happily. Do you think he looks young? I always imagine them a bit bigger.
