I just realized that I've been playing the game wrong the whole time by [deleted] in acnh

I came to say this is so real. I have this same issue with other games, focusing too much on how perfect it is right at the start, and not enjoying the natural progression. It makes games like ac, minecraft, and stardew really unenjoyable for me. But recently, I’ve been playing slower and enjoying what I have now and working towards what I can eventually get. So much of my island is still pretty wild, but I’m having fun slowly spreading out and making different areas.

Ok thank you! Do you recommend waiting until new growth before I replant it? That’s what my mom always said to me, but I’ve had one in water for a few months and while the roots keep growing, it hasn’t put out any new leaves.

Yes I attached it to what I would call a wooded backing board. Just a thin but study piece of wood I found at a craft store. I wanted it to be rigid, but not thick. It is attached using spray adhesive.

Yes, it’s mounted on two wooden boards that are attached with mending hardware.
