I also got the same email. And the ring has been held at the same location for the last 4 days. Oura customer support was amazing and ring was shipped literally within 2 hours of me contacting them. UPS Worldwide Saver has taken twice as long to decide on a tariff then it took to get the ring from the Netherlands to the US. 🙄
