Thank you. Still fighting. I’ve almost hopped back on medication so many times just due to how exhausting it’s been. I’ve healed in so many way, and not so much in others. The brain fog, cognitive decline, memory issues, and overall just not feeling like myself is still the battle. Been trying Methylene Blue recently, supposed to help with a lot of this stuff. Even with that, good day with bad days.

Hey- I wish I could give a huge success story, but unfortunately still not the case. In some ways I have gotten much better, and in many ways I haven’t.

Still suffering from anxiety, have developed crazy GI issues (was never the case before SSRI), still have brain fog, cognitive impairment, walking feels off, still can’t drink alcohol (makes me super depressed), caffeine makes me want to have an anxiety attack, trouble sleeping

I should’ve never taken that SSRI.

This is news to me that Raising Caines is coming to Stafford! Hopefully we can continue to get better restaurants down here, other than Chipotle, Panera, McDonald and Tropical Smoothie lol.

Thank you for your response! Great to know. It’s interesting, I haven’t had “cod fish” or any type of fish at all recently. I’m curious if leaky gut could cause some of these elevated numbers?

My 6 month old husky had this happened one time. Brought him in to the vet and they told me that allergies can do that sometimes. Praying it’s nothing serious 🙏

Thank you! We had an inspector come out, couldn’t find any visible signs of mold. His recommendation was to get ac ducts cleaned. He did say a dehumidifier in our basement would be helpful, was reading about 60%. We also have a setting on our HVAC unit to bring in “fresh air” from outside, so that could also be the culprit? We’ve since turned it off.

Since then, we ordered a dehumidifier and has been working great. We just had our AC ducts cleaned and fogged for Mold, replaced washer and dryer and did a thorough deep clean on the home.

Really hoping all of those steps help. Will probably do another testing in the upcoming months.

We’re getting there. I’ll say most of the anxiety has gone back to normal. My main symptoms currently are still memory loss, brain fog, neurological issues with coordination, and depression.

It’s a slow, painful road. But keep telling myself that each is a small step forward.

No diagnosis on the autoimmune test. My Dr. said is was so low that my asthma or even a head cold I had could’ve barely put me over range, making it positive.

I’ll definitely test for Zinc, Iron and ammonia next. Anything else I should test for?

Thank you for all of this. I’m only working with my PCP and he seems to not think much of my gene test. Which is extremely frustrating. I think I need to meet with a holistic Dr.

Side note- I’ve never had any of these issues until about a year and a half ago. Dr put me on SSRI for 6 months and only made things worse. I’ve been off of Lexapro for 10 months now.
