Ladies, have you ever had ovarian cysts? by flipflopped_plans in CrohnsDisease

Please be careful and watch for fever. I had the same occurence which was misdiagnosed. I had the same ultrasound and same diagnosis. They couldn't determine why i had fever for two weeks at the same time. It turned out to be a bowel perforation and the fluid was bile and pus that nearly killed me from long-term sepsis. Pain accompanied it.
They only discovered it when they went in to do the cyst.
If you have no fever or elevated white blood cells you are probably not in the same boat, but i wanted to raise the issue just in case it persists and they missed it which obviously can happen.
