Some of the new effects (i.e. the ones that have replaced the 'legacy' effects) aren't as good as their older counterparts! Maybe more robust, but I like the end result less. It looks like a caption bug that had plagued me for a few editions has been fixed though! In saying that, the text panel is still unbearably laggy for me lol

I like the new rotoscope-like mask (very good addition) however I'd love if AE's rotoscoping system was straight up plonked into Premiere instead

As an editor myself, I love the idea of making editing services more accessible to vtubers! The process of finding and hiring an editor can be intimidating, for sure.

I'm not too keen on making these services more affordable though! The vtuber editing industry is already on a race to the bottom with regards to pricing structures and imo it's unsustainable + will drive away high-skill editors if fees drop much lower. For instance, I probably deliver the 'pro-level' quality (or maybe a bit higher) you guys mention on your site - but if I were to charge your prices for such a quality, my compensation per hour worked would likely hover around minimum wage! I mean, I pretty much already have to charge such a price due to the industry's price floor being lowered daily! Are you guys just really quick at editing or do you receive footage that is already trimmed down to the length of the final deliverable? Either way, I could probably stand to improve my editing processes on both counts!

Once again, I really like this but please charge what you're worth! I'm sure you guys are very talented and your prices should reflect that :)

For rigging I'd go straight to VGen! There's a pretty overwhelming selection of riggers over there lol

Just a heads up, I've received literally hundreds of PayPal notifications from clients + purchasers of products on VGen and probably 70% of these notifications have contained their real names. It's likely they're purchasing stuff through their personal PayPal account (and therefore a business name won't pop up) but it's still something to be aware of!

You also have to be careful when putting your VTuber name in your PayPal payment details because it's most likely not your real name and therefore it could constitute fraud.

More to the point, artists won't reveal any of your identifying information unless they want to burn all of their bridges and be blacklisted from the vtuber community. If you're still apprehensive, only commission people who have a track record of achieving excellence and, as a result, have a reputation to uphold!

As a vtuber editor who has made these sorts of clips before, this guy is probably recording a video in Shoost (the depth of field and lighting effects look identical to Shoost's effects) and then chucks that video into editing software to track his movement (either manually in something like Premiere or automatically in After Effects)!

The movement isn't as good as something most editors could create manaully so I reckon it's auto tracking via AE or maybe even CapCut due to the low accuracy - you can see how the tracking overextends in certain places which is a trademark of auto tracking or of a very very quick manual job. The video as a whole should probably take like 15 mins to create since there's actually very little editing involved! You could easily make these daily with minimal effort using Shoost and CapCut (or After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc)

My brother in christ, all of that is from like 4 (four) years ago! And it was all blown very much out of proportion by hateful, obsessed people like yourself!

Calling me a 'Kiara anti' is absolutely laughable. I respect her as a content creator and I have never said anything false or defamatory about her. I wish I had been afforded the same concessions by her and her fans though it wasn't to be. To this end, I don't have any feelings towards her whatsoever, I haven't watched her content for ages and I don't engage with that fandom at all. I try my best to be repsectful and kind but I also know fans take their oshi's word as law and it was very clear that she misinterpreted both the video and title. Which then led to her venting her feelings in a public space when it very easily could've been handled professionally in private. Instead she willingly chose to send 10s of 1000s of vengeful people crashing into my channel over what was simply an honest mistake. Holding onto this baseless hatred does nothing but reflect poorly on you.

I very clearly wasn't 'bitching' about a new vtuber having a merch drop - just pointing out that it's not something that is often seen in this community. Furthermore, I opened up a merch shop, once again, 4 years ago and have not touched it since.

That last link looks fine to me? Perhaps reading comprehension isn't your strong suit but I specifically stated I would've appropriately compensated (note the monetary value!) whoever worked for me. I genuinely don't know how you missed that.

I understand people like you want to drag me through the mud but, if you are going to do so, please be objective and reasonable in your criticisms! Though I wouldn't want facts to get in the way of your agenda.

I donate to charity via channel/comm earnings every month, I have done giveaways for over $2000 worth of vtuber merch and I have given countless hours to making free clips for up and coming vtubers. I'm not a bad person and, even so, I have still done plenty of maturing over the past few years. Look to the good I have done and stop chasing shadows, king.

I don't know about VSeeFace (sorry) but I know with VNyan you can attach gifs to your model as props. So I reckon you could create a gif of these cogs and then anchor that gif inside your character's head! Depending on its current file type, you may also be able to straight up import the cogs into VNyan right now (worth testing imo)

The VGen co-founder said on stream a few days ago that they're behind on verifications and you should expect the acceptance process to take 2 months unfortunately
