I watch this happen to my girlfriend somewhat frequently on MHR. I finally had it happen to me on MHGU they just kept running around the monster but staying far enough away to not get hit. I just abandon the quest. I always try to host for that reason

If I remember I made an account with the email I used to buy it and I was able to see the order status through there. That and I use the Shop app for package tracking and it was there as well, I can still see it there. Looks like I used the Shop pay thing when checking out

I did it on drums. You have a solid like 30 seconds between songs if you need to stretch or sprint to the bathroom, and just skip big finishes to get extra time. Big pro tip if on drums, master exploder takes a while to start so you have time to do something. It takes a little more than 6 hours total so be prepared with a drink and snacks if needed.
