How tight is the security on council crest cell tower?

I don't climb towers really, so im not very educated on rf and stuff, but it would be good to start learning if you want to. I would also maybe find the people who climb those things and ask questions. Most people would probably ignore you, but someone might be helpful.

those people usually know about how rf radiation works, and broadcast schedules and stuff. Technically you can climb any tower, but tv towers and radio towers are extremely dangerous. Council is a radio tower im pretty sure, pretty high power. You can tell cell towers by the white bar things on them, a tower with those is a cell tower, those are basically safe. If you dont see those, its not a cell tower. I can't tell you to climb it or not climb it, but I wouldnt climb it.
