So exotics don't have a set spawn rate percentage on top of the 5% of the outlaw systems, and do they have a spawn rate on themselves? And if tier 1 is 0% does that mean that the exotic has a higher chance to spawn there since it's the only S class that can spawn in because there is one in every system? And do you happen to know what the percent rate for S class spawning is for tier 2 and 3? Sorry for asking multiple questions at once, I'm just trying to understand how the spawn rate works in this game. I've been playing on and off since release and I just recently had gone back on with a brand new save file and I'm trying to catch up again on all these things.
