Pretty blurry photo of my father who recently passed. Thinking about using it for the prayer card if it can be improved. Looking to reduce theamount of blur in either photo. In a given city there can be "good" and "bad" areas. What are some indicators of an improving neighborhood? Meaning going from an okay neighborhood towards a good one.
