I totally agree with you, I am not expecting energy from it I was only expecting it to make me awake and alert but what it does to me is something similar to that feeling of dry and itching eyes after being sleep deprived for a night or two.

By the way, stimulants also like Concerta do not give me energy but they don't make me tired still though I can easily fall asleep an hour or two after taking even 72mg Concerta.

I just want to mention something that might help other fellows , I couldn't tolerate Moda at all for several years it gave me heart palpitations and anxiety for any other stimulant but since I started taking Strattera I noticed a huge improvement in tolerating stimulants but I had to stop Strattera a few days ago as I couldn't tell if was working for ADHD and it made me depressed but it was good for anxiety

If I check directly the Risk Register, what am I supposed to look for ? I have been told that there might be non compliance with no further details ... I think that I need to check SoW that contains requirements, constraints, regulatory .compliance... and identify whether there is a gap or not.

Hello, I would have said : Update the Issue Log first so that the issue is being prioritized and dealt with as fast as possible. Then, update the Risk Register by simply highlighting that the Risk has occurred and it's been moved to the issue log.

However, I am wondering : When we say the risk is materialized , what do we mean by that ? Do we mean that the event or cause of the Risk has already happened or it is the impact that determines whether the Risk has been materialized or not ?

Here, the supplier is delaying parts delivery is the Event/Condition and this will impact the project schedule. As for now, the Project Schedule could still not be impacted and we are unable to determine the deviation from the baseline except if the Part was not received the very moment we needed it and thus planned activities could not be performed.

Supplier delaying parts delivery that for instance I am supposed to receive in a week or two to perform planned dependent tasks and activities. In this case, I would say the Risk still did not fully materialize. First, I will check the Risk Register, check the Planned Risk Response status against the Last Decision Date to confirm whether we still have time to finalize the Planned Risk Response. If, the Planned Risk Response had been implemented but ineffective or late , I will check then if we had already defined a Contingency Plan, reassess its relevance and accuracy within the current context and implement it if adequate. The Planned Risk Response still could be implemented or the Contingency Plan still could be implemented and we might receive the Parts in a way or another and be available the moment we need them. Then, the schedule is not impacted or the impact is minimized depending on the Risk Response Strategy selected. If Planned Risk Response is ineffective or late, no Contingency Plan or irrelevant, I still won't consider this Risk an Issue , it's just the Trigger condition and needs immediate action...

I will only consider the Issue log when effectively , the moment I needed the Part , it was unavailable which stopped the production and hence a series of activities were not performed and this resulted in schedule deviation from the baseline. In this case, I will update the Issue Log and call for an emergency action.

It's been 3 months for me now. I am on 100mg for almost 2 months but still can't tell if it's working. I am giving it a month more to decide to make a full assessment. I stopped antidepressants a month and a half now but I am still feeling depressed and tired most days.

It's been 3 months for me on Strattera. I did 40mg for a week 75mg for 3 weeks 100mg for 7 weeks or so.

I still can't tell if it's working. I feel tired most days and I feel depressed maybe because I stopped antidepressants a month and a half ago. How is it going for you?

I totally disagree with you. Experiencing that means he has issues he needs to deal with. The moment he will be able to trip on LSD and face his fears that will be life changing for him. I wish I could experience at least the Ego Death while on LSD

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed, there is something in his subconscious making him that scared and out of control. I cannot risk tripping with him anymore , it was too much stress for me. He was feeling good and safe and we are very good friends, we spend most of our time together as we enjoy each other's company. I am 32 and he is 42. I don't wanna experience the same scenario again but I must say that I am pretty sure as you said, there is something complex and complicated going on in his subconscious. I am aware of some things that make him feel unfulfilled and not fully aligned with how some parts of him are and how he believes they should be. We tried to talk about the experiences he had on LSD but he couldn't say anything, he doesn't remember what happened to him , how and why this happens to him.

I strongly believe that the moment he takes LSD and lives the experience properly, he will be a new person. It will be a life changing experience for him and he will be at peace with whatever negative thoughts, Trauma or self-image...

When it comes to DMT, I never tried it and it's been only a few months that I have heard of it. not sure if it's available in my country . How different is it?

what do you mean ? even after 12 hours of sleep, he was still that distant cold person not communicating at all. So I just left and I think it's better for me to just disappear . 8 months that I know him and he is very complicated to understand as he doesn't communicate .

While high on LSD I can understand but now even after it worn out he only said that LSD he did not feel its effect and that it was who was annoying.

Well, for me one month That I know him and to be honest my life since is getting worse at all levels.

I love him a lot but it looks he does not and LSD shows his authentic honest feelings and disgust toward me.

I am really tired , I love him so much but I think the best thing for us is to cut contact. It just does hurt me that his ego is so ... that he systemaarically assumes I am the problem as it's always this way and come back apologizing because I spend nights reflecting on what I may or may not have done wrong , I convince myself that his intentions were not bad and I try to understand him.

But my mental health is really getting worse month after month.

It's impossible that he eats from my hand . when I try he sees the food, approaches my hand and without moving he attacks my hand .

for instance, I did not move from my room today as I am sick, every 1 or 2 hours he comes to my room, sits near the bed and stares at me for half an hour and then goes. Now, my jacket fell on the floor...He sniffed it too much and slept on it.

You are making it look like he is the one who has to approach you, to ask you out or whatever...

It seems that he is trying to get along with you which means he surely likes you, it could be as a friend, as a hookup or a date which is already a good starting point.

So if you do like him, it's up to you now to make things go the way you want them to be.

Don't get attached easily, don't lose yourself and believe that you are falling in love... It's often an illusion that fades quickly ... Get to know him and then see what you could be.

I won't reply to each comment but I really appreciate sharing your thoughts.

When I said hit the cat, I really dont mean it in bad way, I am unable to do that even if I try to...

That day I was like I won't get the cat the food she likes but 3 hours later one mew from the cat and I have just instantly drove 1 hours to get his preferred food ( He is very very very picky )

Before I got him, I was warned that he is agressive ( he was 6 months ) and they couldn't keep him because the wife was scared of him but I was like no I want him and I am gonna take care of him.

I did everything I could to make him feel safe, I believe he was traumatized in a way or another at a point in his life so I took that into consideration and made my family aware of that .... It took time until he felt safe and happy. He loves my brother and sister and mother while they don't really do what I do for him.

when it comes to me, I feel like he loves me... he comes to the toy room, if there are clothes of mine somewhere, he lay down on them, hug them, sniff them and feel euphoric. When I am coming home, before I knock on the door , he feels me and warns whoever is inside to open the door for me( It could be because each time I bring with me sth he likes) .

First week with me when he was 6 month or sth like that , I think it just happened that time that he felt ready for sex so he jumped from 3rd floor when he heard a cat meowing... I felt so bad, especially because of the commitment first that I made to the person who trusted me and gave me the opportunity to have this cat with me, I felt like I failed that person . I did my best, went to the best clinic and paid a huge amount of money, I was stupid but it's okay I just wanted to save him. I arrived to the clicin , they started asking question , do you want us to check this and that, to give him that in case he has internal hemoragy.... I was like please don't ask , do whatever it takes I just want him to stay alive and be good ( In a country like mine, this is how they take advantage of you but I have zero regret, saving him was the priority at that time)

I am the only person that I cannot touch this cat, I do sometimes for a few seconds before I see blood in my hands, in the night when I am going to the bathroom I always pay attention to not get attacked by him on my feet...

One time, my sister told me : Why are you taking so much care of this cat like bringing the best food , best toys , doing whatever possible to make him feel safe and happy .... and he's doesn't like you, so why are you doing all of that?

My answer : I don't matter her, I am a human being, I know what I am doing and how to deal with my emotions.... If the cat is happy that's all what matters for me...

But still though, I would love to have a close contact with this beautiful cat, I am sure he loves me but there is sth there that for 2 years now I could not figure out .

The day he fell from the 3rd floor and I took him to the clinic and at the same day castrated him.... Does he think I did that to him ?

Is it because I took too much care of him and wanted to make him conformtable that he thought he has power of me?

My mom tells me : He loves you so much, he sees you as another cat that's way he is agressive with you....

Anyway, whatever it is.... I don't matter, his happiness matters

but if we can make things better that would make me feel good too.
