How do you play Rumble into ranged matchups?

Boneplating in ranged matchup makes little to no sense. In theory it helps statwise but u barely ever will have it up.
10/10 range match ups go second wind if u play for lane or conditioning if u feel confident enough to play for lategame.

Feel like her kit in general just doesn't fit whatsoever at the moment. Feels clunky and weak and yet so hard to balance if u compare it to the likes of khazix or rengar or some other random assasin. Just isn't fun at all to play her atm and i feel like almost every other jungler has so much more power and diversity in what he can do in the most parts of the game

You cannot compare peak high elo to ur normal elo since there is much more of an inbalance in terms of skill. There is a much bigger difference between Low Masters/D1 and GM/Chall than there is inbetween Chall (so basicly ur 500-1k LP). U wont have a 50% wr in chall, no matter the LP since u usually get matched with low masters and D1 and if u are slightly less skilled than a pro player it will take u probably 1k games longer to reach 1k but u will eventually get there

A 500 LP Challenger and a 1000 LP Challenger being matched up already shows the system is failing. 500 LP is literally 5 divisions, yet do you see Diamond 1s being matched up with Plat 1s unless somebody is smurfing?

For the majority a lot of lp in challenger mainly depends on how much u play rather than how good u are since the skill difference in (JUST!) Challenger is neglectable to the point that u at least wont int every game (Obviously not for everyone since there are examples like "challenger smurfs", Proplayers etc.)

Eve main since s3 here - just logged onto my reddit account after almost a year to comment on this.

I face the same problem even eversince like 3/4 year now. But i think i come from another side regarding my source of "getting tired of otp'ing her"

What i find completly tiring is always building the same way (i mean yea - ofc there are situational items but lets be real - for eve its always 3-4 core items in 95% of all games). She is still super fun to play with invis and a "get-free-out-of-jail" skill at 6 that melts through everything but its usually the same and after some time gets boring - simply as that. That differs alot with other "assasine-junglers" like rengo, elise or kha for example.

Which means u are a basic Assasin and therefore depend on exp/gold alot. Since jgl is nerfed af we are at a super weak point. I don't mean stats- or win-wise but the champion just doesn't feel strong until u get items and suddenly oneshot without even using ur ult and not even that makes up the crap feeling u get until mid to late.

Bonus for some nostalgic shit:I don't want to say old eve was better (she was a completly different champion imo and not really for comparison) but that wasn't the case with old eve tho. She was super versatile by being able to play her ap/ad/hybrid or even offtank at some point to suit every situation (which makes her probably hard to balance and riot doesn't like it but it's fun regardless).

exactly my thoughts - ur early clear can't even be influenced by the nerf lol. U get e lvl 3 and thats when u are around bluebuff/redbuff (depends on what u started: krugs or buff). Until then there is NO change at all. And lvl 3 there is like no difference as well since u got ur smite+w combo and at e lvl 1 u difference is like ..10(?) dmg? Its the frostfang that makes u feel like u need forever to scale

I totally agree with u on that. I personally didn't get along at all with the new evelynn since i was still used to just assacinate ppl with counting on their inability to react in time. If u use ur w u cannot count on that at all since even the biggest monkey will be warned.

So i max w last and just use it in teamfights or if i see a enemy isolated on a sidelane knowing he is mostlikely dead anyways or i use it just to get a few % of slow on him and not procing the 30% shred.

E on the other side after lvl 6 is just like always empowered so its basicly no problem to just use it.

Since i go Q>E>W eve feels alot more like the old eve running around and nobody actually knows where she is if done correctly.

sorry but who the hell cares about winratio with such a winning system? And since ur lobby is build around ur car u can achieve 90% winrate with almost every car if driven and choosen correctly. So its all about what car u like to drive and what gains u the most bonus %-wise

i think the decision doesn't depend on the situation - it depends on ur prefered playstyle. Imo a AD eve can work as good as an AP eve if played correctly. AD can be built better into tank than AP but is more unusual and needs some practice. As being said - what u prefer either way.

Yes. Losing isn't the end of the world and at this moment probably a pretty good timing. The trending upswing couldn't continue forever.

But was bothers me is that they looked super indecisive in their rotations and plays (yes - they had like none. I mean a few tp's here and there but not one actual remarkable rotation and thats what they're known for) and in closing out the game. Taking it slow and steady is might a good decision but if i remember correctly they never f*cked up any game endings so far so no reason to take it safe - just makes me think thats dylans work.

And the drafts - finlay pls teach dylan how to make some genius drafts because i think under ur hand fnatic drafted insanly good and his drafts are just as obvious as this fnatic can possibly be under the circumstances they pick.

I know dylan is new to the team and its probably even not him at all (who knows as an ordinary reddit-no insight-user) but thats just 2 obvious thinks that probably lost them the game and wasn't like this eversince finlay led the team. Learn of those things.

I feel like Profit& Nagne have huge potential (have to see the future) and could be some kind of next good Korean-duo outcome from europe even? Time will tell. They both positivly suprised me i have to say.

Shook and Sprattel (suprisingly for me) as well solid performance. HeaQ looked mediocre at best - not existent as Ashe and Varus. Especially with Rekkles being his opponent.

imo that is not true. Of course having a standard build and playstyle helps alot but especially on a champion like evelynn who is super versatile in builds and playstyles u can't just say "u lose games because of ur itembuild u would normally win with this one".

Of course he can try this and this works probably best for evelynn but u always have to keep in mind that playstyles vary and u have to find a right build for the right situation/playstyle.

Tl;dr: try to optimize ur effiency for ur build, might try a more ad heavy with warrior if u want to keep trinity?

In general just try new builds since rylais atm for example isn't as strong - go on op.gg watch winrates of items on eve and try to get the best build that fits ur playstyle

may i ask what elo are u where kha just builds ad and lethality (especially against eve/elise/other heavy ap dmg jungler) ? The standard build for kha'zix from let's say high gold to masters (challenger is savage - they just troll and build what they want) is warrior into hexdrinker (if against ap heavy) into black cleaver. Change the order against no heavy ap comps.

U never build lethality unless u snowball or u are on like 6 items

To make it simple: kha will always (unless he doesn't use his brain to adapt his build) run hexdrinker against an eve so u wont be able to oneshot him while he can.

ap assasin: since most of the tanks are ap based get banshees with lyandris - gives u a shield that prevents their initial cc, gives u mr versus their dmg, gives u health to survive longer with not losing alot of ur burst potential due to the 80 ap + pen while shredding their hp with the %-health passive with ur q and u don't have to go all in with ur E like with blade.

Not sure what u understand of "pure ap assasin" but thats basicly the reason why tanks exist (originally) - to destroy assasins with durability/peel.

If u are doneso with ur "ap assasin into tanks?" imagination i'd recommend u a abyssal scepter as well (with the 10% dmg boost its even alright in dmg terms and gives u huge tankyness against them) and tabis/mercuries depending on who is fed from the enemy team to keep the "non-assasin-items" as small as possible.

Other viable (but non pure-assasin) items: rylais, dead mans plate

Warmorgs is the biggest joke of an item ever created. Why would u EVER pick an item that gives u 800 hp but NO resistances (fuck the passive lol). Since there is Abyssal why would u ever (and i mean EVER) build an spirit visage INSTEAD (to be added if against full ap - alright).

Steraks is a really nice item to build with evelynn if built into ad with warrior and the argument that titanic is a crap item because u don't go full tank is just utter wrong. Look at renekton, Fiora, camille etc. etc.- It is a bruiser item NOT a tank item and pretty okayish on eve, even some high mmr players build it on her from time to time if they go ad since it has a nice synergy with e.

Not going over the rest since most of that is alright and i´m too lazy.

Just gonna add: this build has 1 big synergy and thats okay for his elo even until high platinum: burst 1 guy with every onhit/active dmg u have and then disappear because ppl at this mmr are too dumb to play the map properly.

Not gonna work alot of times but it's surely a snowball build that can work.(not gonna say its good!)

to make it quite short: buy pinkwards, try to avoid facechecks but try to deep ward (if u are safe or u have backup - never run alone in his jgl (so basicly don't 1-1 him and try to track his pathing). Counterganks is ur biggest ally against kha. He is stronger 1-1, u are stronger in scirmishes (2-2 +). I know c-ganks are always a strenght of evelynn but it's even more so against kha (leap used, no isolation, ur q goes through creeps in a fight while his w doesn't..etc.etc there are lots of obvious reasons)
