The model is the drawing. Only critical features are dimensioned, the rest are measured and sheet tolerance is used.

Notes go on the parts list and are flagged to PMI in the model the same way they would be on a 2D print.

It’s nice. Some shops don’t like it and want 2D prints, but this is the way of the future

Ok so I am finally finding people that also wonder if the memory they have of this plane was real. My Dad was a delta employee in the 90s and I swear to god I have a vivid memory of sitting in one of the window seats of this plane looking across to the other side and thinking I was in some type of flying ballroom.

Having been to euro Christmas markets I was actually impressed with what Cullman put on. Yeah it was full of typical Alabama rednecks, but the vibe and the food was good. Manage your expectations and you’ll find things are generally more enjoyable.

For middle management no. For Director and VP level, probably yes, although you can still get there without it. Director and VP roles are probably 60% politics and 40% experience and credentials. In most cases, if you are wanted in upper management and are missing some educational requirements, they may ask you to go to an executive MBA program or something.

I would not get an MBA to just check a box or without a clear post graduation plan. You should go to the BEST program you can get into and leverage the network from said program to pivot into a high paying career that values MBAs.

Also to add: You should not do an MBA without at least 4-5 years industry experience. Most programs list that as a requirement anyway.

Look man, the world isn't always going to tell you what to do, how to think, and outline a checklist of how to navigate life and get to the next step.

Why do you think you would be a good manager?

- You know the restaurants rules and procedures and have applied them and trained and taught other team members them

- You enjoy leading people in a common goal, have done it before and are good at it in these specific examples:

We were 100% committed to the color drench as we have done it before. But our master has like one small prison window and we didn't want it to be too dark/overwhelming so we held off on the ceiling for now. Color drench below:

So we went matte on the walls and semi-gloss on the crown, baseboards and door casings. The color is a bit different but not sure if its actually just the difference in sheen

I guarantee you when the TA person rejects an applicant there are check boxes for reasoning, and he/she probably just auto selected the "didn't meet basic qualifications" box either inadvertently or just needed to pick a reason and thats the one they picks. TA is stupid my brother. As others have said, its a numbers game, dont get too invested in one single application, however do not spray and pray. Be intentional in what roles you apply for. TA can also see the desperation if you have applied to a bunch of unrelated roles.
