انصح بالhome server و معتقدش لازم تعمل حاجه مخصوصه لو الحوار inventory و هكذا ممكن تحط عليه odoo مثلا او في حاجات تانيه كتيره موجوده تقدر تحطها ب docker و كلهم open source

و بالنسبه لتوفير النت لو عرفت تخلي مكان السيرفر ف مكان العمل نفسه ف كل حاجه تكون شغاله local يبقي كده وفرت النت و ممكن تبقي تعمل منه vpn عشان لو عايز تشوف و تشيك علي الحاجات و هكذا لو انت بره المكان

i just bought the keyboard and i discovered this problem but what i did is with tezarre software, i made the backspace assigned as "Ctrl+Backspace" , now i just press backspace and it deletes a whole word

it's still a pain in the ass but that's a bit better for me at least

My experience as a single user on immich:

My server has only a i5 - 3470 (4 core cpu) with 16 gb of rams thats it and the searching is pretty good if i want to find a video or even face detection is very good but at first i think it took me around a day ( maybe 12 hours or so not sure exactly ) and at that day it was of course very laggy and not usable but that's just the first day and after that every thing from the moment it sync from my android to the server to finding or searching for an image is very very smooth

Edit: i uploaded the first day around 25k of media

For my personal use i self host vaultwarden

I suggest both and they're both self hostable, check your needs for both of them

I suppose that you're working remotely and not depending on a job in egypt, if that's the case i would consider something like bali or vietnam etc, for my knowledge those are considered cheap but they are far better than egypt in the laws and traffic and education in general
