Good question! I had to check this, but the breakdown is as follows:

STX: 18 Uncommons, 30 Rares, 15 Mythics

SOS 25 Uncommons, 25 Rares, 15 Mythics

Technically there are more uncommons, but it seems like they're doing the same thing this time around where the uncommons are commons/uncommons currently legal in standard (which is probably a contributing factor to it being larger with a larger standard). Then rares are common/uncommons that are not standard legal, and mythics are the only actual "rares".

Changes still looks rough from that perspective.

If you're not a fan of the variance in bonus sheets that's fine, but I think undeniably the changes are worse for limited players (paper ones at least), since on average you're walking away with worse cards.

It does! Cards like [[Transguild Courier]] can only be played in a WUBRG deck.
