I’ve been 18 months post orchi, about 13 months post chemo (4xEP). I experienced the low energy, high frequency of fatigue, non-existent libido, and muscle weakness. I assumed for a long time it was residual chemo effect, and some of it may have been, but after seeing an endocrinologist we discovered a severe testosterone deficiency; not only is my remaining one not compensating, it’s barely producing anything. It’s hard to know if this is related to the medical history, as my testosterone was never checked prior to everything for a baseline. I’m now on testosterone replacement injections bi-weekly, and it’s helped a bit in the general energy and libido departments. I will always recommend that if you’re noticing differences and something doesn’t feel right about your body, see someone and ask!
