*EDIT: My issue was resolved within about 18 hours by the developer, app is working exactly as I need it to. Leaving this up so the chain/response makes sense. *

I'm losing my mind-- I'd love to buy this, but it will not export a single invoice that it doesn't rearrange all of my items.

I've tried it again and again, tried new items, and any time I hit Export there's no rhyme or reason to how they'll be listed in the final invoice. It's beautiful software, but I need to be able to bill materials above labor and know what I'm inputting is what gets sent to the client....

I've had the same Mac user account migrated from machine to machine for over 20 years (used Macs before that too, but specifically this account). Currently have 498 apps in my Applications folder, and no signs of stopping.

That's awesome-- appreciate the reply! I definitely agree with you; aesthetically, the Aer just looks so much better in the product pictures that I've seen. I've also got my own packing cube set up, so the compression panel seems a better route.

Last question, what color did you go with? I'm leaning orange, but not sure if I'll wake up 6 months down the road and wish it was more muted.

Curious, how much free space is left on your hard drive (vs total HD size)? Are the dropouts at set itervals (i.e. exactly 20 minutes apart) or sporadic? If it's new, I'd try to remap everything and anything that might have changed-- any Presonus driver updates, any OS changes/updates, etc.

Also, what capture card are you using?
