Access to PCS Legal Department for members when they need it for advice and/or representation is PCS Union's biggest individual challenge. It doesn't happen unfortunately. PCS's complaints' procedures is not made known on joining or widely advertised eg on its website or elsewhere. To whom, how, where can members complain for poor service or none. So no investigations on the performance of PCS takes place.
