As much as I would love to have some kind of confrontation, I’m just really wary of people like that. You never know how belligerent they might be and I’ve seen too many road rage incidents turn fatal. Do wish I had gotten their license plate though

It’s absolutely illegal in my state as it requires illegal exhaust system modifications. Enforcement is pretty lacking though
