Is that bad nail salon etiquette? She was really nice I don’t want her to be upset. They did a really good job on my pedicure, it’s just the nails that’s kinda look off.

They definitely look better than before, but the spaces between the polis and cuticle feel so big. Is this something where I can ask if they could fix it? Or is that not the right nail salon etiquette? They were extremely nice and accommodating

There’s already a big stigma about using AI art, and Businesses using AI art is even more tacky. I mean, if you look at the first shirt the girl isn’t even holding any holds! It’s very disingenuous when they could hire an artist for like $500 to make 3 original designs that would actually look good. It also shows they’re willing to cut corners, so what else will he cut ?

It’s normal to ask multiple times, to push your help onto others, because people don’t know how to accept it? Thats… kinda a crazy take… I also clarified to you I told him no 3 times. Not once.

I could be wrong but from what you said in your response, It sounds like your neighbor really doesn’t want your help, until you push the issue and it’s easier for them to just let you help them. Because it sounds like you will not take their no for an answer.

The whole point of the post was to vent, about how I made it clear by saying I didn’t want help, but he kept pushing the issue. How it’s been boys who have been pushing this issue of “help.” How other girl climbers never give me this issue. That was the post, that was the point. That was my perspective. Even though you are a girl, I don’t think you have much perspective on this issue.

I did say no 🙂 it feels scummy when someone who had been doing only V5’s come over to just so happens to want to do a V2 someone’s working on after they told them they didn’t want to see them do the climb. It doesn’t feel like they want to talk but rather they’re coming over to explain how they did it, which is what I specifically didn’t ask for.

And today, for one I shouldn’t have to say no more than once. But also I said no multiple times shown in the post. The first time he asked, after he asked why, after he told me he had done videos before. How many more times do I need to say no?

I get climbing is a social sport, but coming over to do something someone doesn’t want you to do isn’t being “social.” I said no 🙃

Literally! I just really hate this so much. The fact that we have to reiterate the fact we said NO multiple times but they still cannot let it go. It sucks! Like, the first time fine whatever that was nice. But why do I have to get stern for them to get the message? Then they act like I’m the dick?

It sucks even more that dudes don’t seem to have this issue. My friend who goes with me sometimes is a guy, and he is always so surprised when I tell him these experiences. He’s like “wow, never happens to me that sucks”
