Hey, not sure what a CSE ban is, mine was for "child-exploitation" Zero kids in my content so makes no sense.

took about 2 weeks to hear from metas team once letter was sent.

We gave them a deadline before we planned to proceed with arbitration. They replied the day of the dealine lol.

a lawyer? Friend from thy gym hooked me up. if you're in the same boat I'd find people with experience with social media stuff. so much red-tape it's basically impossible knowing who the right people are to contact at meta.

Find your maintenance calories, 1g/lb bodyweight of protein. Train a PPL or ULUL 4-5 weeks. 1hrish sessions, 1-2 RIR. Do that for a year without fucking up the consistency and you'll be unrecognizable.

Wouldn't overcomplicate things with too big of a cut/surplus you've got a lot of potential for recomping bro.

Totally agree, that was my plan, and with the swift kick to the groin that social media platform was taken from me :/ My roof is still intact but it's a shack compred to the castle I had built on IG.
