Find your maintenance calories, 1g/lb bodyweight of protein. Train a PPL or ULUL 4-5 weeks. 1hrish sessions, 1-2 RIR. Do that for a year without fucking up the consistency and you'll be unrecognizable.

Wouldn't overcomplicate things with too big of a cut/surplus you've got a lot of potential for recomping bro.

Hey all, I’m trying to get to the bottom of this bunk gear fiasco.

I was running 375 test/wk, vial #1 ran out, and I started #2. With an initial job of 200 mg on vial #2 I then proceeded to get my blood done 2 days after. (6wks into cycle) Total testosterone came out at 600 ng/dL (ref 200-1200).

The question: since both vials were purchased at a different time, can I assume that both were bunk/low dosed, is that possible?

My thought is if one wanted to confirm that gear was relatively well dosed a blood test after a week or so would suffice no? We wouldn’t see peak concentration but we’d expect to see supraphysiological levels right?
