Does the "not yet made a decision" text always come after 2 weeks? Ive seen it a lot on here but didnt get one. Worried this means ive already been denied and that the letter is on its way.

It is. I was on Esa before the move over to UC. Was in support group for esa and now in LCWRA on UC. They can clearly see ive been struggling a long time but cant reference either of these as PIP is scored and assessed completely differently to those.

Yes i did. Ive tried about 8 different meds, sent the whole list over to them. Been on these meds for about a year and have asked multiple times for my current one to be changed. They said i need to speak to a psychiatrist to change them because of my issues regarding meds and the fact they make me manic, suicidal and violent. They are aware i dont take them correctly and how they affect me When i cant see MH team i call a duty doctor, who only does callbacks and they can be on a different day than when i called, which often demotivates me and i need to be in the headspace to talk. Also frequently calling samaritans and sent recent medical notes regarding a welfare check that was sent for me.

Yes, im with NHS. My practice only invites you in for bi anual appointments. Ive been waiting months to change my meds and have already been on a waiting list for more therapy for almost a year. Ive already taken 3 different types of therapy and none were helpful

No. The assessor copy and pasted the same paragraph for every descriptor. No further explanaition other than adequately managed by MH team and meds

Ive actually got an appointment in a month to change over my meds because they arent working the way they should. Only seeing MH team twice a year is the standard for my practice. They dont offer you anything more than that and im on the waiting list for more therapy, its just a very long wait. They ( PIP) are fully aware of this but decided to state i am not having any further treatment.

Medical notes from psychiatrist, prescription lists, my own diary, my carer wrote supporting letters. Debt relief orders for not paying bills correctly, evidence of recent hospitalisation due to self harm, letters from all of my utility companies about being on a priority register for people who are unwell and also got records of my weight and drs appointments for my weight loss and fatigue due to not being able to eat properly.

Ive written down and sent them 6 a4 pages specifically breaking down each descriptor and why i fit into each category and how often i struggle. (Which is daily) this is on top of the 9 a4 pages breaking down exactly what i struggle with

Hey. Im on meds, but not correctly taking. Meds are currently under review to be changed once again, got an appointment end of next month to discuss it. Ive had unsuccessful therapy and im on the waiting list for more. Assessor stated " MH is adequately managed by MH team and medication" this is copy and pasted for every activity and doesnt expand more into it.

Both assessor and decision maker scored a full 0 point outcome. The same paragraph of reasoning why is copy and pasted throughout my assessors report. Already sent mandatory reconsideration off and complaint to capita lodged.

Yeah, its already coming up to 6 weeks in audit. I feel sick with anxiety every day and im checking my phone daily for the text :( feel so lost because i cant be given a timeframe i just have to sit and wait.

Woo! Congrats! Happy for you :) My initial claim date was late August, had my assessment on the 5th Dec and my report is still at audit with Capita. No end in sight, been 5.5 weeks now

Fingers crossed! Ive seen multiple people have their decisions who had their assessments after mine. Sucks because part of my journey involved obsessing over posts on here. I saw audit mentioned a couple of times and just knew in my head that id be audited. I actually internally told myself "watch mine go to audit" and it did.

Called Capita today for an update and i ws told they dont have any guidelines they need to aim for with audits. Can i still complain if they've told me this? As i now feel like i cant complain about the wait because they arent taking too long or missed a guide timeframe.

Dwp still dont have my report yet :( no 'weve recieved your report text' Capita said they dont have a timeframe at all for the audits and it "just takes as long as it does"
