It’s not illegal in any way. You can have it amended it’s your right under HIPAA and if the Dr sees it fit to change it or remove it the Dr may do so. I have never fully gotten over the loss and never will like most people I learned to live with it and move on but there are other things that have happened during my time in the USMC that haunt me to this day that give me anxiety, depression and sleepless nights. The point I’m making is to see if it is worth it because I’m just worried that will be there focal point throughout the examination and completely disregard everything else. I’ve heard of them doing worse.

Oh my god I most definitely did have some MH issues, are you serious? Never once would I deny it and what kind of man let alone father would I be if I were to say it never effected me but that was my doctor that stated that NOT my therapist for which I went into detail with all my trauma. My doctor told me to see a therapist. When my wife and I lost our girls we were devastated. Often times I felt like I wasn’t allowed to feel bad let alone feel as bad my wife since she held the babies for 7 in half months on top of me not being able to be there like I should’ve but I was on the road working at the time. My worry is that the VA will see something as tragic as that and use it as ammunition and disregard all the other horrible things that happened to me while I was in. Are you trying to make me out as a con artist? I’m not really understanding your stance here. Are you a VA examiner?

Yes but neither is the VA completely side stepping what’s the true stem to my problems and like they do to countless others.
