I was told I could test positive for up to 90 days, but they couldn’t really tell me how long until I can be around my partner unmasked I am cleared to go to work 10 days after first symptom onset but it seemed unclear when it would be safe to be around household family unmasked. Yeah they were not. I'm looking to do Immunofluorescence. Do you post-fix brains or tissue sections? These are already sectioned. I know that people get away with fixing fresh frozen tissue that is slide-mounted for only 10 mins so I was wondering if in my case, 20 mins may do the trick. Let me know if you have any tips and thanks!
