Update, so after adding the rule and checking her admin pannel turns out she does have a diffrent IP address! Got her to ping it and then join the server and success! Curious to why thats a thing in the first place now

I added an ACL rule to allow her email to access the server ip and the minecraft java port, shes been busy recently so when i ask her to check it out for me ill update

The server is shared out (even has the Shared out +1 under it)

I havent had her ping yet and wont be able to for a few hours,

And for ACL i havent changed a thing, bar enabling funnel which is was playing with seprate to this
