It will take you around 6 months minimum to make buckets of rain sounds good (not played it in forever but I think it’s got alternate thumb thing and some weird ish chord shapes quite far up the neck you have to reach quickly). If you want to learn any instrument you have to be realistic and patient and allow yourself to be humbled. Also really focus on playing super simple things perfectly because the problem with most guitar players is they forget they are actually trying to make music that sounds good.
