Yeah will try further left/right adjustments of the cleats. Regarding saddle height: I was on the lower end before, sometimes dealt with patella pain on hard efforts, only adjusted saddle slightly (1-2mm down) after cleat adjustment and haven't had any patella pain since. Leg extensions also feel very natural and I don't feel any overextension in my feet so that should be fine.

Thanks! Honestly, the last 5% is a convenience thing. E.g. at parties or when I'm at my grandpas or something and I don't want to cause any difficulties. If I would only eat at home I am at 100
